Opening Ceremony Campus 2 of KPTM Semporna
On 24 March 2013, Minister of Rural and Regional Development, Y.B. Dato' Seri Haji Mohd Shafie bin Hj Apdal. The purpose of Campus 2 opening is because to accommodate the increasing of students that have reached the limits.
MARA Education Carnival 2013
This Carnival was held from 16 March 2013 until this 28 April 2013. the scheduled of the carnival is as follows:
KPTM Kota Bharu Sign a MOU with UMK
On 17 of March 2013, KPTM Kota Bharu has sign a MOU with Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. This MOU has been sign by YBhg. Dato' Haji Yusoff Harun, the President of KPTM and with YBhg. Prof. Datuk Dr. Raduan Che Rose, Vice Counselor of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK).
KPTM Convocation Ceremony
On last 13 October 2012, KPTM was held their 29th Convocation Ceremony at Pusat Konvensyen Antarabangsa Putrajaya (PICC) which 3730 graduates receive their Diploma, Degree, and Professional Certificates. From the total of 107 graduates were selected for the Student Excellence Award, there are 2 recipients of Gold Medal Award, 22 Silver Medal Award recipients, 77 Special Presidential Award recipients, and 6 Special Prize Co-Curriculum recipients.
The Graduates that receive GOld Medal Award are Puvendren a/l Subramaniam which majoring in Bachelor (Hons) In Business Information Technology With International Business In Collaboration with Coventry University, United Kingdom. The other one is Abdul Hashim Asya’rie Bin Abdul Halid which majoring in Diploma In Computer Science and he was successful to further his study to University of Brunel, United Kingdomwhich majoring in Bachelor of Software Engineering.
